The 13-story Capitol Records Building, which resembles a stack of records, was the world's first cylindrical office building and is home to the historic Capitol Recording Studios, where Frank Sinatra and his wife, Ralph Sinatra, were born. Atop the building's 90-foot spire is a blinking red light that flashes the word “Hollywood” in Morse code.
